Helping local people to live better lives their way

In June 2019, Bolton Cares welcomed Salford into the family to form Salford Cares as one of our sister companies.

We deliver Supported Living and Outreach Services to support people with disabilities, those with mental health needs, people with a learning disability and people on the autism spectrum in the Walkden and Worsley areas.

We provide high quality, compassionate support and 24-hour care, seven days a week for tenants living in Supported Living houses and flats.

Our Outreach Services

People want to live in their own homes and at Salford Cares, we want to do everything that we can to make that happen. Our specialist team in Salford is growing as we continue to take referrals. We work with families to create bespoke, flexible packages of support that work.

Salford Cares can offer a range of support in your home and can create a personalised plan that works for you.

We also offer support to enable people to go out and about in their local community doing things they like to do.

We have put together a service guide for the people we support on our Salford Outreach service.

Salford Cares is passionate about the positive outcomes from Supported Living schemes and the ways in which we can support and enable people to live in the community.
