We work in the communities of Salford and Wigan and are always looking to bring our high calibre of care to new areas.  Establishing Salford Cares and Wigan Cares means we can make the most of our expertise and  insight to provide a greater level of support in these communities.

Salford Cares

In Salford, we deliver Supported Living and Outreach Services to support people with disabilities, those with mental health needs, people with a learning disability and people on the autism spectrum in the Walkden and Worsley areas.

We provide high quality, compassionate support and 24-hour care, seven days a week for tenants living in Supported Living houses and flats. Helping local people to live better lives their way

Wigan Cares

At Wigan Cares, we deliver Supported Living for people with mental health needs, people with a learning disability and people on the autism spectrum living in the Goose Green, Pemberton and Worsley Mesmes areas of Wigan.

This arm of Bolton Cares will provide quality compassionate support and 24-hour care, seven days a week for tenants in Supported Living houses and flats.
