Our Day Services are now Life Opportunities
Creating opportunities to help meet your aspirations & realise your potential
All our Day services now come under the umbrella of Life Opportunities.
In Bolton, we are taking a fresh approach to our day services. We are offering people new opportunities and connecting them with their communities to have fun, build friendships and get out and about.
Our Life Opportunities Team are talking to people to understand what they and their families want from a service, what their personal aspirations are and what kinds of activities they like to do.
From these conversations we can build bespoke, personalised services that are flexible and centred around helping people achieve their life goals. In short realising potential.
So, what is Life Opportunities?
Our Life Opportunities offer has three main strands.
- Life Opportunities for older adults and adults with a dementia diagnosis
- Life Opportunities Community – connecting people with their communities.
- Life Opportunities for people with learning disabilities and/or autism
Our Community Life Opportunities interlinks with and supports the other two services. It focuses on working with people to coproduce as wide a range of opportunities and activities for the people we support. Giving greater choice, strong links with their community and access to community assets.
