The 3 December is International Day of People with Disabilities. The Bolton Cares Group is proud to celebrate the day to promote an understanding of disability, start those all-important conversations and mobilise support for the dignity rights and wellbeing of people with a disability.
Bolton Cares is proud to celebrate the day. We support over 700 people across the communities of Bolton, Salford and Wigan across a range of people with Disabilities including, dementia, learning and physical disabilities, autism and mental ill health. Our mission is to support people to live the life they want their way. We pride ourselves on our working in partnership with people to plan, develop and design person centred care and support which enriches lives and supports people to develop skills and maintain independence.
