We are on the hunt for four Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to work with our new Managing Director, Rhian Stone and the Bolton Cares Group Board.

Our NEDS will help us think even bluer skies, innovate and continue to champion a person-centred service that’s future focused.  If you think differently, are strategic, commercial, insightful and can bring new ideas and connections into Bolton Cares to help us grow and develop we would love to meet you.

As a Non-Executive Director, you will be joining a unique and special organisation. As Bolton’s biggest care provider, we deliver a range of care and support services to the communities of Bolton, Salford and Wigan.

You will bring value and insight to the debate and provide independent oversight making a proactive contribution to the Board. Offering clear and balanced advice and guidance on strategic issues. Take a look here We are on the hunt for new Non-Executive Directors – Bolton Cares  The roles are on a voluntary basis and perfect for people who want to put something back into society and those equally passionate about excellence in Social Care sector.

The NED commitment is approximately 10 days per year. This includes six Board meetings, strategic planning sessions and visits to services or events with the people we support. The initial term is two years with the option to extend for a further two plus two – a maximum term of six years.
