This month we said a sad farewell to our Managing Director Sanjeet Bains.
Sanjeet has been with Bolton Cares for three years and during that time has provided strong leadership and vision through very difficult and challenging times for the care sector, including navigating the COVID19 pandemic and post-pandemic challenges.
During his time with us he achieved a number of significant milestones for the group including the launch and delivery of our THRIVE vision, securing a 10 year contract with Bolton Council and establishing Wigan Cares as a sister company into the Bolton Cares Group.
Sanjeet is taking up a role with IOSH and we wish him well for the future.
Following Sanjeet’s departure, it is business as usual for Bolton Cares. The company is in safe hands as Jackie Partington Tait our Operations Director takes the reins as Interim Managing Director. Jackie will start her role on 1 September and will stay until Christmas She will work alongside the Board and Council to support the recruitment of our new Managing Director.
Jackie said.
