A panel of people we support put Helen through her paces when she came in for her interview as Rhian’s new Executive Assistant.
Graham, Bev and Sophie from our Supported Living service were fully involved in the recruitment process. They helped put interview questions together, asked the candidates questions and assessed their performance.
Their input was influential in appointing Helen to the role.
The panel were impressed with Helen and when they found out that she had been appointed, they decided that she should have a welcome party! A get together with Dominos pizzas and doughnuts.
We honoured their request for a party and gave her a proper Bolton Care’s welcome, everyone had a lot of fun.
