People we support from the Jubilee Centre had an exciting day cruise on a canal boat this week. Travelling from the junction of the Macclesfield and Peak Forest Canals in Marple. Stockport.
The trip was with New Horizon and the Stockport Canal Trust. which specialises in fully accessible boats for disabled people.
The day was to celebrate David’s birthday so a big thank you to David’s mum Val who arranged the trip and provided refreshments.
It was a very special day, the sun was shining and it was a new experience for many of the people we support, they had an amazing time
