This month we’ve been celebrating our 7th birthday at Bolton Cares.
We’ve had some lovely, fun parties across services with our teams and people we support in Extra Care services, Thicketford Centre and the Brazley Centre to mark the occasion. We also had a pool party with our Life Opportunities service at the new Jubilee Centre.
Bolton Cares began in 2016 and we’ve come a long way. As Bolton’s biggest care provider we support more than 1,000 people from diverse communities and with a range of needs across the town. We also work across the communities of Salford and Wigan to provide Supported Living and outreach services in Salford and Supported Living and Extra Care services in Wigan.
Employing more than 600 talented and dedicated colleagues we work at more than 50 locations and provide care in hundreds of homes.
